Alex Hall

Alex Hall has many years experience in theatre and such TV programmes as Prime Suspect, Byker Grove, Max and Paddy’s Road to Nowhere, Coronation Street, Waterloo Road, as well as a two year spell in Emmerdale where her character met an unfortunate fate on the back road to Hotten.

Alex is also a radio presenter and currently presents Songs from the Shows for BBC Tees and often stands in on the BBC National evening show, Georgey Tonight.

A voice-over artiste with many TV credits, her most recent narration was for Channel 5’s The Snakeskin Boy, as well as the series of Celebrity Botched up Bodies. Alex discovered a love of scriptwriting while gaining a First class B.A.(Hons)degree in Performance for Live and Recorded Media at the age of 65. She is a visiting lecturer in Acting for Radio at the University of Teesside.
